As a spiritual life coach I help you to: reconnect to your inner wisdom, feel your way toward your goals or heart’s desires, and dissolve whatever might be blocking you from achieving them. I offer coaching and energy work as well as a combination of the two.
Sessions are tailored to meet the needs of each person and what he or she needs on a given day. Some sessions might involve both coaching and energy work, while others will be coaching only, or just energy work. It all depends on what you need in the moment. We might meet just once, or several times—again according to your needs. Sessions can be held in-person or by phone.

You may have heard of energy work or energy medicine. There are a number of different kinds, all of which affect our body’s “subtle energies”. One example is an energy called “Reiki”, a Japanese word for “universal life force energy”. A practitioner acts as a channel for this energy and transfers it, usually by putting his/her hands on the recipient. In most types of energy work, the practitioner doesn’t give any of his/her energy to the recipient, but rather acts as a conduit for the energy. To continue with the example of Reiki, this energy affects all levels of a person–physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual. A less well known type of energy work is called Divine Openings (discussed in the next section).

Divine Openings is a newer form of energy work which, like Reiki, affects people on all levels–physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual. It’s a very powerful energy which only takes a couple of minutes to receive. Lola Jones introduced this energy to the “Western world” and wrote a book explaining the process initiated by Divine Openings and suggesting strategies for making the process easy and fun.

For me, joy is about being exuberantly alive and connected–to yourself and to others. Joy and other “good feeling” feelings lead to more good feelings and to desired outcomes. In other words, when you’re feeling good, it’s so much easier to get the “stuff” you want, whether it’s love, health, money, etc.! There`s also evidence to suggest that “positive” emotions are associated with physical health benefits.
